30 minutes with Sai Pallavi..

It was pretty much unexpected. An interview with the lady who stole many a hearts. That humble teacher who won our George with her hearty smile. The epitome of love in many a minds.  Sai Pallavi.
These are but cliché definitions I can give for Sai Pallavi (or our dear Malar ) after having met her in person. This amazing woman won my heart not with her looks or smile or anything of that sort, but she did touch me with the goodness of her heart. When asked about her motivation in becoming a doctor, the reply we got was this. “ I have always wanted to help an other soul in pain. Being a doctor is one way to do that.”
Pleasant, vibrant and strong; Pallavi doesn’t fake a smile to impress anyone. She does it from the heart. She came for the interview in the sports wear she wore for the walkathon ( An event organised by the canserve society for cancer awareness). With her hair untied, sitting softly on the sofa, our Malar started replying to questions we asked. She showed extreme vibrance even when fever was affecting her badly. The genuine curiosity in her eyes would inspire anyone who meets her. Her charm would instill a deep sense of enthusiasm for life. Pallavi did not ask us anything but this, ‘do not smoke or drink; and do not let the immense ability and energy we have to go waste.’ Our dear Malar’s motto in life seems quite simple- NEVER HURT AN OTHER PERSON, MAKE THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU HAPPY AND FOR THAT TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND STAY HAPPY ALWAYS.
She certainly did inspire me; perhaps more deeply in the relevance of being down to earth.:)
