Have me met before??

They say that souls recognize. May be!

The earth looked greener. The sun was soft, the air fresh. Nature smiled at everyone who greeted her. Things looked rather bright this morning. All these years Kuttikanam has always been like this, but somehow today even the mist that seeped in through the pores felt much like a hug. Sometimes a person can bring a lot of difference.

The bunch of people around were the best- fun, love, madness and yes! brains overloaded with tons of information. But one person in the room made it all sound subtle. That one person spoke more with his silence than words. And strangely, his silence was louder than any other voice over there.

It was obvious that I have known this person only for a day and yet it felt as though I bumped into someone I had lost ages before. Fearing the chances of developing a usual crush, I decided to cut short the number of stolen glances but somehow failed at it. But life has its ways of bringing some people near even when we know its pure madness to have expected it!

May be the stardust in us works in odd ways!  And may be that’s the only explanation for all the million stars that shine within us when we meet a few souls. Some people just light up our world; they literally weave galaxies in us. And often they do it in the strangest of ways; at times they do it with their silence alone.

They say its madness to think so much about a stranger. But some people say madness has magic in it.
